What separates you from your competition?
I believe there are many things that separate us from our competition. We are focused on you and what you want. We don't want to sell you our stuff, we want to help you buy what you want.
Another difference is our ability to have no minimum orders. Since we have the newest DTG technology, we don't have to charge set-up fees and have minimum order sizes.
Finally, we produce high-quality, good looking apparel. We don't care if you're a huge customer or not, we take pride in our products. We know if we provide the best products to our customers, they will tell their friends where they got them.

What makes Unique Creations so "Unique?"
What makes us "Unique" is our ability to create what you are looking for through communication with you. Whether it be by e-mail, phone, or in person, we want to produce exactly what you want…not what is easiest for us to do.

Are your prices competitive?
Yes, we have competitive prices in both embroidery and printing. We can always find a way to work within your budget to create what you want.

How does your pricing structure work? How do you create your prices?
Since every job is different, we prefer to quote each job individually. We do have some guidelines however. Quantity discounts apply.
Printing Pricing:
We will start with our printing prices - for single pieces, white t-shirts are $12.50 printed front and back, and any other color is $15 printed front and back. There are no set up fees or additional charges (other than shipping).
Pricing for printing on other items is done on a quote basis.
Embroidery Pricing:
There are two types of costs for embroidery, digitizing and embroidery.
The digitizing fee is a one-time only fee that involves creating embroidery artwork from the logo or image you provide. Small, basic images are generally about $25 to create, but larger, more intricate images can cost up to $75. (Ask for a quote today)
Basic texts and numbers do not have to be digitized, so the only time you pay a digitizing fee is when you need artwork created for your items.
Embroidery costs are the cost of producing each piece. These costs vary depending on the "stitch count" - the number of stitches in the design.

What is your average turnaround time? Do you offer rush service?
Our average turnaround time is about 2 weeks from when we receive the deposit for a job. However, rush jobs can sometimes be done (depending on current workload) at no additional cost.

What can you print on? What can you not print on?
Our machines can print on anything. T-shirts, flags, shorts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, towels, Jerseys, etc.
top^
What can you embroider on? What can you not embroider on?
We can embroider on just about anything, and we have. If you have something truly obscure, ask us if we can do it, because we can most likely find a way.

Where are you located?
